Solomons Steelers Cheerleading Off-Season is a program designed to maintain and advance the performance of participants for the upcoming fall cheerleading season. This program is open to all children regardless of whether they have participated with the Solomons Steelers Cheerleading program previously or would like to in the future. We will focus on improving general cheerleading, dance, and floor gymnastic skills; as well as flexibility, conditioning, and strength training through our weekly classes.
