The Solomons Steelers Cheer Off-Season Conditioning Program is designed to keep athletes ages 4 - 14 engaged in all basic elements of cheerleading - including conditioning, stretching, tumbling, motions, jumps, and the basics of stunting.  Off-Season is run by our Steelers Cheer coaches who are all NAYS Certified, some with USA Cheer and/or NFHS Certifications, and all background checked.

Off-Season will start in January and run through May.  The registration cost for entire off-season is $150, with multi-sibling discounts available.  Monthly registration is also an option!

2024 Schedule (starts January 10th)

Wednesdays 6:00pm - 7:30pm

• Athletes ages 4-6 years will participate 6:00pm - 7:00pm
• Athletes ages 7-14 years will participate 6:00pm - 7:30pm

Calvary Bible Church (Multi-Use building), Nursery Road, Lusby, MD

Athletes should wear comfortable clothing, cheer shoes or sneakers, hair is up/pulled back, no jewelry, bring water to drink, and be ready to work and have fun!
